We are planners and vendors ourselves. We know event planning isn’t linear. There’s no right or wrong way to plan, so dive in wherever you’d like. We will meet you where you are, but we do recommend you follow the easy steps provided on our site or contact us if you’re not sure how to get started.
Just about! Our platform has 80% of the planning logistics and sourcing covered. However, a successful event requires some human-led effort and judgment. You are the captains of the ship and will control the level of live support you want with lots of flexible options:
• Hire Event Support Services - You can rest easy by hiring vetted event pros from Leviti’s Marketplace for everything from venue site visits, swag ordering, day-of event management, registration staffing, greeters, and vendor management. We recommend not waiting too long in the planning journey to onboard support.
• Purchase an Offering from our Marketplace that already includes onsite staffing and support (example: fully staffed restaurant and event manager).
• DIY. Whether you are an experienced event planner; are on a restricted budget; or prefer to have more control over the event process, you and your team can opt out of additional support.
• Take advantage of 60 minutes of complimentary advice via emails, Zoom meetings, and calls from our experienced Leviti Liaisons. (Additional time available on an hourly and package basis).
• A combination of all or any of the above!
